Monday, Jan. 23
10:32 a.m. A $20 gas drive-off was reported at Holiday. Family of a teenager contacted. Arrangements made to return and pay gas bill.
Tuesday, Jan. 24
11:09 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 700 block of 6th Street N. Entry was made to an unlocked garage. Taken were a bench grinder, cordless drill, power drill and two jig saws. Items valued at $400.
3 p.m. A juvenile male was cited for temporary theft and tobacco possession.
7:28 p.m. A female injured her neck playing hockey at the Princeton arena. Female was transported to the hospital.
10:52 p.m. A gas drive-off in the amount of $31.51 was reported at Casey’s North.
Wednesday, Jan. 25
11:31 a.m. An iPhone was reported lost in the 500 block of 1st Street. Value estimated at $795.
1:06 p.m. A person reported losing a 2009 class ring. It had a green stone looped through a gold necklace.
1:20 p.m. Three juveniles shoplifted items from Coborn’s and attempted to leave through Little Dukes. They were stopped and returned the items.
Thursday, Jan. 26
3:21 a.m. Two males attempted to use a crowbar to gain entry to the office of the car wash at 513 Rum River Dr. S. No entry was made. Damage was reported.
1:22 p.m. A ring was reported as missing from a location in the 700 block of 1st St. Ring valued at $300.
7:54 p.m. Responded to a residence in the 1200 block of 3rd St. S. where a juvenile male was out of control and damaging property in his room. The teen was upset over breaking up with his girlfriend.
Friday, Jan. 27
12:44 a.m. A 42-year-old was arrested following a traffic stop on a fugitive warrant issued by the Minnesota Department of Corrections. The individual was wanted for fleeing on foot, driving after revocation, possession of hypodermic needles, and obstructing. Arrest made in the 300 block of south Rum River Dr.
Saturday, Jan. 28
10:59 p.m. Assisted the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Department with a report of seven shots being fired in the area of Alpha Road. Report was unfounded.
Sunday, Jan. 29
7:04 p.m. Received a call regarding the welfare of a cat in a trailer with no heat. Complainant called again and said cat was now cared for.
