Man airlifted after rollover
An Oak Park man was in critical condition Monday morning after a one-vehicle crash Saturday, March 17 in the 5700 block of 125th Avenue in Greenbush Township.
Ryland Wallace, 25, of Oak Park, was airlifted from the scene to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale.
A vehicle driven by Wallace was northbound on 125th Avenue at about 7:40 p.m. Saturday when it left the roadway and rolled numerous times, according to Mille Lacs County Sheriff Brent C. Lindgren. Wallace, the driver and lone occupant of the vehicle, was ejected.
Wallace was discovered approximately 50 yards from where the vehicle came to rest, Lindgren said.
Wallace received numerous injuries. He was flown from the crash scene to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, Lindgren said.
Units responding to the scene were Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, Princeton Fire Department and North Memorial Ambulance Service.
The accident is currently under investigation by the Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota State Patrol.
