The East Central Minnesota Chorale, under the direction of Mark Potvin, will present its spring dinner concerts, May 10, 11 and 12. Tickets for the dinner and concert are $25 and must be purchased in advance.

Titled Our Heart’s Land, America in Song, the concert will feature a wide variety of American music.

From spirituals to patriotic songs, from folk songs to Broadway, with music from great American composers like Copland, Bernstein and Rene Clausen, as well as arrangements by Moses Hogan, Stephen Paulus and John Leavitt, this concert sings to both the heart and land of America.

Thursday, May 10 the Chorale sings at Northern Lights Banquet Center, on Highway 169 in Pease, six miles north of Princeton.

Friday, May 11, the Chorale, joined by the Unum Vox high school honors choir, sings at Abundant Life Church, Highway 95, just west of North Branch.

Saturday, May 12, the Chorale and Unum Vox sing at Spectacular Events Banquet Center, County Rd. 5, just east of Isanti.

For all concerts, seating is at 6:15 p.m.; dinner and concert at 6:45 p.m.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, by May 5. They are on sale at K-Bob Café in Princeton, County Market in North Branch, and Leader in downtown Cambridge.  Members of the Chorale and Unum Vox also have tickets for sale.
