Police report: Week of June 7

Monday, May 28

12:49 a.m. A person was reported out of control at the hospital.

7:11 a.m. Responded to a fire alarm at the middle school.

6:27 p.m. A disturbance involving a knife was reported in front of a residence in the 400 block of 4th Ave. S. Three males were observed running towards the golf course. One male was found. Officers obtained a search warrant for a unit at 604 3rd St. S. Execution of search warrant led to the other two suspects. One of the men, a 35-year-old male, was apprehended on an Aitkin County warrant and two Isanti County warrants.

9:06 p.m. The theft of groceries was reported at Coborns.

11:18 p.m. A vehicle was pulled over on Northland Boulevard for speeding and driving over the fog line. Officer could smell alcohol. Driver was putting his pants back on. He said he was receiving sexual acts while driving. The 31-year-old male was arrested and taken to jail.

Tuesday, May 29

6:25 p.m. A male at Little Dukes was unable to pay for $10 gas. Arrangements were made for payment Suspect caused a disturbance at the business. He was cited for disorderly conduct and driving after revocation.

Wednesday, May 30

3:16 p.m. Investigated a report of someone burning tires in the 1400 block of 7th St.

4:12 p.m. Investigated a report of a woman sitting outside the coffee shop doing the “herky jerky.” Subject said she was a nervous person and behaves that way.

5:17 p.m. Casey’s south reported a gas drive-off of $30.

5:40 p.m. A $74.65 gas drive-off was reported at Circle 9. Suspected contacted and said he paid. Station called police and confirmed payment was received.

Thursday, May 31

7:18 a.m. Person in 808 block of 11 St. N. reported $80 in gas being syphoned from her vehicle.

4:57 p.m. Several juvenile males were playing in the water behind 300 Rum River Dr.  N. They were advised to leave.

6:15 p.m. Complainant reported that a cup of nacho cheese was thrown at his truck.

Friday, June 1

10:10 a.m. A gas drive-off of $21.62 was reported at Little Dukes.

Saturday, June 2

2:14 a.m. Alexander J. Kramer, 20, was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Kramer was pulled over for driving over the fog line and center line. He had marijuana and a marijuana pipe in his possession.

6:53 p.m. A lamp was reported stolen from a apartment in the 100 block of Rum River Drive S.

7:59 p.m. Investigated a report of the theft of a pack of condoms at Holiday. Suspect denied involvement.

8:01 p.m. Investigated a report of a male running through Mark Park with a knife and hacking at trees. He was found running in a yard near the 300 block of 8th Ave. S.
