Police Report: Week of Sept. 6
Monday, Aug. 27
12:45 p.m. Mediated an argument over the use of one’s tools in the 1400 block of 12th St. N.
2:05 p.m. Officer removed two individuals from Shopko after the store manager reported that he believed they were casing the store for a potential theft.
3:31 p.m. A gas drive-off in the amount of $18.19 was reported at Little Dukes.
5:41 p.m. A women’s Magna Glacier Point 12-speed bicycle was found behind the 9th tee box at the golf course. Bike was taken to the police station.
6:46 p.m. A juvenile appears to have entered a residence in the 200 block of 8th Ave. S. Parents of the juvenile were contacted.
8:48 p.m. A 19-year-old male was arrested on multiple warrants after a traffic stop for having a taillight out.
11:27 p.m. Arrested a 44-year-old male, who was a fugitive with the Department of Corrections, in the 1000 block of 8th Ave. N. Mille Lacs County’s canine unit was used to apprehend the suspect.
Tuesday, Aug. 28
8:19 a.m. A gas drive-off of $59 was reported at Circle 9 Marathon.
11:15 a.m. Stood by at a residence while a vehicle was being repossessed. Incident was in the 100 block of south Rum River Drive.
2:50 p.m. A front license plate was reported stolen from a vehicle while parked downtown.
4:58 p.m. Responded to a one-vehicle crash on Highway 169 at Highway 95. Driver checked out by ambulance crew.
Wednesday, Aug. 29
7:15 a.m. Responded to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 95 at Highway 169. No injuries were reported.
7:48 a.m. Assisted Mille Lacs County at a crash scene on Brickton Road.
5:02 p.m. Assisted the State Patrol with a car/motorcycle crash in the 7900 block of Highway 95. The motorcycle struck the rear bumper of the car.
5:22 p.m. Investigated a report of juveniles smoking marijuana in a stairwell in the 100 block of 6th Ave. S.
7:08 p.m. Juveniles reported that a male attempted to grab them while walking. Report was under investigation.
8:07 p.m. A 58-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

7:05 a.m. A bike was located behind a business at 212 N. Rum River Dr.
