Nolan wins big in Duluth
With 34 of 34 precincts reporting, Democrat Rick Nolan took a 68.42 to 31.58 victory in the city of Duluth. Nolan had 30,961 votes to Cravaack’s 14, 288 votes, according to duluthnewstribune.com.
