A 16-year old Princeton male is facing charges of criminal sexual conduct over a four-month period earlier this year.
Christopher John Holt has been charged with felony second degree criminal sexual conduct.
Holt allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a person under the age of 13 from Dec. 24, 2011, until about May 1, according to a petition filed in Isanti County District Court.
The victim alleged in a forensic interview that Holt touched his genital area.
Holt allegedly told the victim that if he told anyone “or made up lies,” he would hurt him.
The victim also disclosed an incident where Holt allegedly exposed his erect penis to the victim.
An initial juvenile hearing was held Oct. 30 and a review hearing was held Nov. 6.
Judge P. Hunter Anderson ordered that Holt be held in a detention center.
