Monday, Dec. 17

10:01 p.m. A driver was pulled over for driving 55 in a 45 mph zone. Driver was cited for driving after suspension.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

1:04 a.m. Officer investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of Rum River Dr. S. A man was placing items in the snow.

5:10 p.m. A female reported that a former acquaintance set up a Twitter account in her name and posted photos she previously sent the acquaintance. Police notified Twitter to shut down the account.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

1:15 a.m. A vehicle was pulled over for speeding on First Street at Highway 169. Driver Kevin T. MacDonald was arrested for DWI.

5:25 a.m. A person in the 900 block of Sixth Avenue N. called police after observing a loud buzzing noise coming from her front door area. Police located a cell phone near the doorway that was turned to vibrate.

9:26 a.m. The theft of a purse was reported in the 700 block of Second Street N.

5:33 p.m. Received a report that a wallet had been lost or stolen. The wallet was found four days later in the woman’s refrigerator.

8:05 p.m. A juvenile was arrested for making terroristic threats and domestic assault in the 1000 block of 10th Avenue N.

Friday, Dec. 21

1:48 a.m. A resident called police after hearing glass break in the 800 block of Second Street N. Officer located a suspect. A very intoxicated person said he had broken a window on his back porch. He was advised to stay home.

4:46 a.m. Assisted Sherburne County with a fatal crash on 323rd Avenue and 108th Street.

4:47 p.m. Officer responded to a two-vehicle crash on Rum River Drive N. A vehicle rear-ended another at a stoplight. Jeremy J. Griswold, 36, was arrested for DWI and driving after suspension.

7:43 p.m. Assisted Mille Lacs County with a report of shots fired on 105th Street.

Saturday, Dec. 22

2 a.m. A vehicle was pulled over on Rum River Drive N. and 15th Street N. for multiple traffic violations. Hannah M. Shimon, 22, was arrested for DWI.

6:51 p.m. Unlocked a vehicle at 925 Rum River Dr. S. that had a two-year-old toddler in the vehicle.

Sunday, Dec. 23

11:53 p.m. Officer responded to a burglary complaint. A 16-year-old male allegedly entered a residence and stole an Internet tablet. The complainant and the male’s parent located the tablet in the boy’s bedroom.

Monday, Dec. 24

8:36 a.m. The a set of tires and rims was reported stolen from Princeton Auto.

Tuesday, Dec. 25

12:04 a.m. Complaint reported a suspicious person walking in front of a store downtown with a baseball bat. Officer located male. Complainant mistook a roll of wrapping paper for a baseball bat.

7:17 a.m. Assisted Sherburne County with a report of a gas drive-off from Zimmerman.

10:10 a.m. Investigated a report of a suspicious, running vehicle parked in front of Walmart. The vehicle belonged to a security company hired by Walmart.

10:46 a.m. Responded to a two-vehicle accident near Holiday. Minor property damage reported. No injuries.

Wednesday, Dec. 26

10:44 a.m. A woman reported a potential phone scam involving a person attempting to get her bank account number.

8:24 p.m. A 28-year-old male turned himself in on a Mille Lacs County warrant.

Thursday, Dec. 27

12:05 a.m. Assisted the State Patrol with a one-vehicle rollover with injuries. Rollover occurred in the 10500 block of Highway 95.

4:24 a.m. A vehicle was pulled over in the 700 block of Highway 95 for speeding. A 29-year-old male was arrested on drug charges.

11:23 a.m. Responded to a two-vehicle accident at the roundabout. No injuries reported.

12:46 p.m. Complainant reported that someone has been watching her house on Rum River Drive. Suspect located. Suspect was identified as a private investigator working a workman’s compensation claim for an insurance agency.

Friday, Dec. 28

12:37 a.m. Pulled over a vehicle for a stop sign violation. Arrested Roger A. Christensen, 67, for suspicion of DWI.

5:27 a.m. Assisted with traffic control on 21st Avenue where a manhole cover was broken by a snowplow.

10:32 a.m. A water flow alarm was reported at the ice arena. Princeton Fire responded.

8:33 p.m. Assisted with traffic control at the scene of an accident on Highway 169 at Rum River Dr.

Saturday, Dec. 29

1:07 a.m. Property damage was reported at the ice arena, where gas lines were cut on some trucks.

12:54 p.m. Responded to a two-vehicle crash on Rum River Dr. at Northland Dr. No injuries reported.

Sunday, Dec. 30

1:10 a.m. A break-in was reported in progress in the 300 block of 15th Avenue. Officers found suspect sitting on front step of residence. Suspect was intoxicated and thought he was at his home. Officers took suspect home for the night.

11:27 a.m. A 28-year-old male was arrested after a domestic dispute.

Monday, Dec. 31

A 41-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of 13th Ave. N., following a verbal domestic dispute.
