Police report: Feb. 11-Feb. 25
Monday, Feb. 11
2:17 a.m. A 48-year-old male was cited for theft and driving after suspension after being located in a driveway in the 700 block of Old Highway 18. Located with the man were stolen propane tanks that were located in the vehicle.
1:40 p.m. A stray cat was found during a snowstorm and taken to the vet clinic where it was impounded.
2:50 p.m. A 29-year-old male was arrested on a felony warrant out of Kanabec County. Officer transported suspect to Milaca and was met by Kanabec County authorities.
3:37 p.m. An 18-year-old male was arrested for making terroristic threats on a Facebook page of a juvenile.
Wednesday, Feb. 13
8:18 p.m. Mediated a disturbance in the 300 block of Rum River Dr. S.
Thursday, Feb. 14
11:59 a.m. A 25-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
Friday, Feb. 15
10:06 a.m. An employee theft was reported at Coborn’s.
7:34 p.m. A juvenile male was cited for shoplifting at Coborn’s. Teen was released to parent.
8:08 p.m. Drug paraphernalia was found on the floor of the teen center at 605 S. Rum River Dr. The item was seized and destroyed.
Saturday, Feb. 16
1:10 a.m. A vehicle was stopped in the 800 block of Rum River Dr. S. for having a headlight out. Three juveniles were inside the vehicle. A juvenile male was cited for violation of an instructional permit and curfew violation. A juvenile female was cited for curfew violation. A juvenile male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, underage consumption and curfew violation.
5:12 p.m. A 36-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
Monday, Feb. 18
5:48 p.m. The fraudulent use of a credit card was reported. $200 was withdrawn with a lost card at an ATM.
9:17 p.m. A 49-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving after suspension and disorderly conduct, following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Rum River Drive
Tuesday, Feb. 19
5:35 p.m. Complainant reported a large amount of cash missing from a vehicle after it was parked at several businesses.
Thursday, Feb. 21
7:53 a.m. A van was backing out of a residence in the 600 block of 7th Street N. and hit a transport bus. No injuries were reported. Damage exceeded $1,000.
Friday, Feb. 22
8:25 a.m. Paper money was found outside a business. Owner of money was able to identify it. Money was returned.
6:52 p.m. A 43-year-old male was arrested for making terroristic threats and domestic assault – causing fear.
Saturday, Feb. 23
12:42 a.m. An iPhone was reported stolen from the high school.
5:23 p.m. A male suspect exited Walmart through a door in the lawn and garden center with a full cart of groceries, then loaded them into a vehicle without paying. An employee saw the plate on the suspect vehicle. Complaint under investigation.
Sunday, Feb. 24
1:29 a.m. A 35-year-old male and 29-year-old female were both arrested for DWI after officers responded to a noise complaint in the 7700 block of 5th Street S. where a couple were arguing near a vehicle stuck in the snow.
