Police Report: Week of Feb. 6, 2013
Monday, Jan. 28
3:25 a.m. A person in the 800 block of 3rd Avenue S. made suicidal coments and said they had access to a gun. Person was put on a 72-hour hold.
Tuesday, Jan. 29
4:12 p.m. A driving complaint was made against a bus driver while in the 1100 block of 5th Street N. Witnesses state that the driver became mad and stopped the bus in a “jarring” motion after becoming upset after being called an old lady by a five-year-old. Officer forwarded report to the city attorney for review.
5:50 p.m. A minor accident was reported in the 900 block of South Rum River Dr.
Wednesday, Jan. 30
4:59 p.m. A possible breakin to laundry machine coin banks was reported in the 700 block of West Branch St.
Thursday, Jan. 31
7:34 p.m. A gas leak was reported at 301 21st Avenue N. Fire department responded and shut off gas to stove in residence. A female was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
Friday, Feb. 1
10:16 a.m. An altercation was reported between two females at the high school.
8:51 p.m. An accident was reported at Highway 95 and 21st Avenue N.
9:06 p.m. Several vehicles were reported to be doing doughnuts in the parking lot of South Elementary School.
9:36 p.m. Assisted Mille Lacs County with a report of a vehicle in the median of Highway 95 at Highway 169.
Saturday, Feb. 2
11:09 p.m. A 23-year-old male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for a loud muffler in the 700 block of 12th Street N.
Sunday, Feb. 3
7:07 p.m. A person dressed like and acting like a chicken knocked on the door of a residence in the 300 block of Rum River Drive.
