Heavy continuing snowfall in Central Minnesota has prompted the National Weather Service to issue a winter storm warning for the Princeton area until 6 a.m. Monday morning.
Another five to nine inches of snow is expected by morning, according to the NWS.
Heavy snow will cause poor driving conditions Sunday. Strong winds will lead to some blowing and drifting snow on Monday, according to the NWS.
Cities included in the warning are Princeton, Cambridge, Elk River, Milaca, Mora and Foley.
