Police report: May 6-13

Monday, May 6
9:53 a.m. A burglary was reported in the 800 block of 11th Street N.
12:12 p.m. A 27-year-old male was cited for a gas drive-off in the amount of $42.01 at Little Dukes.
12:27 p.m. A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting at Shopko.
3:22 p.m. An 18-year-old male was cited for violating a school bus stop arm on 9th Avenue S.
7:05 p.m. Sherburne County Sheriff’s Department requested an officer search Riverside Park for a juvenile runway. Juvenile was located, transported to SuperAmerica and released to a Sherburne deputy.
7:37 p.m. The theft of a trailer hitch was reported off of a SUV parked in the 200 block of 6th Avenue S. Hitch valued at $60.
Tuesday, May 7
5:10 a.m. Walmart reported three suspicious people who had been walking around the store for over two hours. The three had a receipt for everything they left the store with. However, employees of the store later found torn-off clothing tags in the rest room.
7:09 p.m. The possible theft of medications was reported from a residence in the 800 block of 7th Avenue S.
Wednesday, May 8
11:36 a.m. A burning complaint was received. Officer located person burning leaves in the 600 block of 11th Street. Resident put out fire.
4:31 p.m. Officer observed person burning leaves in a fire pit in the 900 block of 7th Avenue N. Resident put out fire with a hose.
4:36 p.m. Officer responded to an accident in the 800 block of 8th Avenue S. Minor damage. No injuries reported.
5:27 p.m. Officer observed leaves and grass burning in a fire pit in the 900 block of 6th Avenue N.
Thursday, May 9
12:23 a.m. A male was reported to be riding on the hood of a vehicle driving in the Walmart parking lot while another person recorded the act. Police made contact with suspects and they were told to leave the premises.
12:01 p.m. Officer investigating a report that roosters were being kept in a wooden box in the 600 block of 7th Avenue S. It was reported that the roosters were crowing nearly every day.
Friday, May 10
10:04 a.m. A driver hit a legally-parked vehicle in the 500 block of 4th Street S.
2:41 p.m. During a routine K-9 search at Princeton High School, a dog alerted officers to a vehicle in the parking lot. Two pot pipes were found in the vehicle. A citation was to be issued.
2:53 p.m. During a routine K-9 search at Princeton High School, a dog alerted officers to a vehicle in the parking lot. Alcohol was found in the vehicle. A citation was to be issued.
3:21 p.m. Responded to a minor accident between a car and a school bus in the high school parking lot. No injuries reported.
8:46 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of 12th Avenue N. Officers mediated the incident.
Saturday, May 11
6:35 p.m. A bike was reported stolen in the 400 block of 11th Avenue S.
10:21 p.m. Complainants walking near 4th Street Circle  reported that a truck drove past them and a passenger threw a cup at them that contained chewing tobacco saliva.
Sunday, May 12
8:15 a.m. A gas drive-off in the amount of $11.03 was reported at Holiday.
