Deer was a case of mistaken identity

In late June, Minnesota DNR conservation officer Angela Londgren of the Princeton office received a call from a concerned citizen stating she had pulled into a driveway and saw an injured deer lying near a brush pile. She was sure some sort of poaching activity was going on at the residence. When Officer Londgren arrived on the scene, she found that the deer was the homeowner’s apparently very lifelike 3-D archery target.
