The Princeton Fire Department will be hosting its annual Halloween Open House from 5-9 p.m. next Thursday, October 31. But because of the impending move of the fire station to its new headquarters on 21st Avenue, there will be some changes to this year’s Halloween extravaganza. There will not be a haunted fire station this year. Ghosts and ghouls will not be found. However, the friendly element of the annual Halloween event will remain. Children and their parents are encouraged to stop by the fire station where there will be treats for the kids and coffee and cider for the adults. You can meet the firefighters, too. There will also be a collection for the Princeton Area Pantry, so bring your non-perishable food items along, too.
