Cynthia Remus

Cynthia Cindy Lavon Remus, age 48 of Princeton, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013 at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis.
Cindy was born on July 7, 1965 in Minneapolis, the daughter of Allan and Lavon (Arthur) Remus.
Cindy graduated from Princeton High School in 1986 and attended St. Cloud Technical and Community College to earn her child care degree. Cindy worked various jobs in the Princeton and St. Cloud communities.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and volunteered at the church and Princeton teen center. Cindy loved to be with people and her animals. Her daughter Aimee was her pride and joy. Cindy enjoyed camping with Aimee, fishing, watching movies especially westerns, doing crafts, sewing and making jewelry. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends as well as Aimees friends.
Cindy is survived by her daughter Aimee of Princeton; parents Al and Lavon Remus of Princeton; brothers Paul (Kathy) of Princeton and Greg (Sara) of Oconomowoc, Wis.; nieces and nephews, Nicole, Natalie, A.J., Zach, Annie and Aaron; and many other extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
A Celebration of Cindys life was held on Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Princeton.
Memorials are preferred to the Asthma Foundation in Cindys honor.
Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton was in charge of arrangements.
