Monday, Oct. 14

7:26 a.m. A case of child neglect was reported on 21st Avenue.

Tuesday, Oct. 15

8:53 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of First Street.

12:06 p.m. A verbal dispute was reported in the 200 block of Willow Circle while a female was moving out of a residence.

3:41 p.m. Walmart reported the theft of two iPhones.

5:20 p.m. Responded to an alarm at 104 Rum River Drive. Located an open door. Door secured by officer.

9:50 p.m. Responded to a second alarm at 104 Rum River Drive. Located an open door again. Keyholder responded and said he may not have secured door when he left.

11:43 p.m. A tree was blocking the road in the 1400 block of Rum River Drive North. Public works cleared the tree.

Wednesday, Oct. 16

1:14 p.m. Tenants at 301 21st Ave. N. were burning prohibited materials in a fire pit. Fire put out.

2:45 p.m. Juvenile female was found in possession of tobacco and two pipes at the high school.

3:52 p.m. Police received notice that an employee at a retailer was stealing scratch-off lottery tickets. Minnesota Lottery notified. Incident under police investigation.

7:20 p.m. Assisted Mille Lacs County with a report of a burglary in progress on Agate Road. Report unfounded.

Thursday, Oct. 17

8:46 a.m. An accident was reported in the 500 block of 19th Avenue North. One vehicle was towed.

11:20 a.m. Rental fraud was reported in the 900 block of West Branch Street. Suspect altered rental agreements and collected rent that wasn’t turned over to the property owner. Incident under investigation.

1:29 p.m. A 23-year-old male was arrested in the 1500 block of 15th Street North on a warrant from the department of corrections.

Friday, Oct. 18

10:37 a.m. A domestic assault was reported.

11:21 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 1500 block of Seventh Street North.

1:20 p.m. Credit card fraud was reported in the 300 block of Rum River Drive North.

4:28 p.m. A theft of a tire was reported in the 1600 block of 12th Street South.

5:27 p.m. Officer responded to a panic alarm in the 1700 block of 12th Street South. Alarm accidently tripped by an employee.

Sunday, Oct. 20

11:15 a.m. Removed an unwanted individual from a location in the 600 block of Third Street North.
