Recipe: Easy raspberry salad dessert

Kruck and her husband Rob, who is a paramedic for North Memorial, have four children – Anthony, 15, Taylar, 14, Melanie,12, and Katelyn, 8.

Mary likes singing, reading, cooking, baking and spending time with friends and family. Mary has been singing at weddings and says that after 26 years of doing that she still gets nervous performing the job.

Mary used the following recipe for her husband’s 40th birthday, which the family celebrated Dec. 14. She notes that she likes Food Club brand for her ingredients.

 

EASY RASPBERRY SALAD DESSERT

32 oz. container vanilla yogurt

lg. box instant vanilla pudding mix

8 oz. container Cool Whip

1 bag frozen raspberries

 

Mix the ingredients together in the order they are listed. When adding the Cool Whip, fold it in.
