Chisago Lakes jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first period and maintained its edge for an 8-2 victory over Princeton in a key early-season Mississippi 8 boys hockey matchup.

 • On Dec. 12, the Tigers blanked North Branch 10-0 in a Mississippi 8 game, limiting the Vikings to eight shots on goal. Bunness recorded the hat trick by the 8:55 mark of the second period. Adding solo goals in the victory were Reek, Derek Abrahamson, C. Paulson, Jake Carlson, Tyler McApline and A.J. Wesloh.
