CITY OF PRINCETON
NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Princeton Planning Commission has scheduled public hearings on April 21st, 2014, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider various applications, including the following:
1. An Interim Use Permit for Greater Life Princeton/Zimmerman to allow church services and other religious activities in the B-1 Central Business District located at 127 Rum River Drive North (Legally described as: Lot 4, Block 6, Princeton Original Townsite & S 40.15 Ft of Lot 5, Block 6 & Vacated alley between Lots 3 & 4).
2. Repeal of Ordinance No. 702, which established a moratorium on the installation of and issuance of permits for dynamic, electronic changeable copy, graphic display and/or video display signs within the City of Princeton.
3. Amendment to Chapter VII (Signs) of the Princeton Zoning Ordinance (Title 11 of the City Code) regarding regulations for dynamic, digital, electronic changeable copy, graphic display, and/or video display signs within the City of Princeton.
3. Amendment to Chapter VII (Signs) of the Princeton Zoning Ordinance (Title 11 of the City Code) regarding regulations for wall, projecting, under-canopy / suspended, temporary, and fascia/soffit signs.
