The Princeton Planning Commission has scheduled public hearings on May 19th, 2014, beginning at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers to consider various applications, including the following:
1. Conditional Use Permit to construct an addition to the current detached garage where the total square footage would be in excess of 800 square feet in an R-1, Residential District. The property is located at 121 Woodland Drive and the legal description is: Lot 5, Block 1, Woodland Estates Second Addition (PID#24-923-0050)
All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing or to submit their written comments to City Hall, 705 2nd Street North, Princeton, MN 55371, prior to the hearing.
