A disaster relief fund has been set up to benefit three individuals who incurred losses during the storm that came through Sherburne Village Mobile Home Community at Princeton the evening of May 31. Large trees fell on top of the mobile home at the residence of Justin Weller, Tiffany Casler, and their two daughters, and on top of Robin Pine’s car at her residence in the park.
No one was injured by the storm of high winds, but mobile home park manager Janell Whitcomb described the losses of Weller, Casler and Pine as devastating. Some other residents in the park had minimal to moderate damage. Pine and Weller said after the storm that they didn’t have insurance on their damaged property. Janell notes that Pine, whose car was a total loss, is a cancer survivor and long time area resident.
