Leah Rae Sorenson, age 5 months, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Coon Rapids, Minn., on July 2, 2010.

Leah was born on January 13, 2010, to Dustin Sorenson and Amy Kiel in Coon Rapids. Leah was a cheerful baby girl who had a smile that could melt your heart and eye lashes that went for miles. In her brief life, Leah brought an immeasurable amount of joy to so many. She will be greatly missed by her parents Dustin and Amy; big brother Blaine; maternal grandparents Curt and Kathy Kiel; paternal grandparents Terry and Wendy Sorenson; uncles Joe (Lindsey Klemetson) Kiel and Colton Sorenson; aunt Alisha Sorenson; cousin Haedyn Groves. Leah is also survived by her great-grandparents Jim and Nelly Sorenson and Beverly Pompe as well as many other loving relatives.

The funeral service was at 11 a.m., Wednesday July 7, 2010, at Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Princeton.

Interment was at Meadowvale Cemetery, Elk River, Minn.
