Neoma Neely

Neoma Ruth Neely, 67, died Nov. 6, 2007, in Casper, Wyo. She was born Nov. 11, 1939, to Louis Andrew and Geraldine Agnes (Richards) Jarrard, Shafter, Calif. She married Wayne Neely in May, 1959. He was in the Navy and they traveled together with the service most of their lives. Survivors include son David, Arkansas; daughters Julie Willoughby, Casper, Wyo., and Theresa Neely, Minnesota; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; sister Celeste Disney; brothers Donald and Richard Abbott, and David L. Jarrard; and her parents. The funeral was Nov. 10, at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery, Evansville, Wyo., with Chaplain Leigh Earle officiating. Burial was also at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery, Evansville, Wyo.
