The Baldwin Fire Department’s ISO rating has improved from a 9 to a 7, according to Fire Chief Mike Rademacher. That’s good news for Baldwin residents, Rademacher said. A Zimmerman man was injured Friday following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County Road 4 and 112th Street in Livonia Township. A St. Cloud-based seal coating firm is being penalized by Baldwin Township for failing to complete a crack-sealing project in a timely manner.
